the sausage, or the mustard(huh,huh?)?. My first large 21 for the new year.

What a way to start the New Year!!!!!!
Gorgeous looking wood, yes a Damascus blade would compliment the wood rather nicely. And I'm not a big fan of Damascus on any knife.
