Who do I contact at Busse for a custom knife?

Does Jerry even do custom stuff anymore? I had an idea and wanted to talk to someone at Busse about custom work... who is the go to guy/girl these days for that?

You would be best to wait until mid week next week as he is at Knob Creek until Monday, and then could probably use some time to get caught/rested up.:thumbup:

I talked to Amy yesterday on that same subject, my ST Ripper needs a makeover. She was friendly in a hurry, getting ready for Knob Creek. Her advice was to e-mail Garth with the request and that hopefully he would be able to get back to me next week. Good luck!
 
I was thinking about a badass EDC fixed blade. And the thought hit me that while Jerry may still have some of that .320 thick INFI in stock from doing the FBMLE... how much ass would it kick to have a classic Mean Street in .320 INFI? I'd give a dollar for that! Nothing fancy either... Just a Black coated or Satin blade with Black G-10 or Canvas Micarta handles... I'd sure it would still be expensive since it's a custom but I figure a design Jerry knows won't involve too much extra planning or design. Be a great backpack or neck knife.... heavy! But bad to the bone. A SHBA in the same stuff would be worth it's weight in Gold too.

But nothing as extreme as my last custom which was Dragon's Fang. I miss that sword.
 
RonyBear has a "Porky Parkway", which is effectively a MrS from OD stock. I think that is similar to what you are describing, albeit not quite.

Ahh. No wonder I havent't heard from Garth on a custom I was thinking about. Man, I wish I didnt have to work. Knob Creek looks like it going to be a blast. I would have loved to get my hand on one of those Tan Mojo's. There's always next year.
 
That is indeed nice... But I don't want no wussy spine bevels. LOL. I want BEEF! Something I can tie some rope to and toss in the water to keep my boat in one place... I don't know why someone hasn't invented something cheaper that can do that. Oh yeah... and it needs a grappling hook attachment and a laser cannon, and a little toothpick in the back.
