who do you use for custom work? (recommendations)

I've used Adams International Knife Works to add mammoth scales to several of my knives and I've used Razors Edge for one some sharpening and blade finish customization. I'm looking for some new recommendations. Mostly, I'm interested in cosmetic stuff, new scales and finish work. I'm curious what other companies do you guys use for custom work?
