may i ask why you want to DLC coat? its really not that useful unless you just dont want the blade to shine. iirc it doesnt really help with rust inhibiting, as pitting will probably still happen, but ive heard both ways of thinking. i just like the look on a few blades.who do you use for DLC coating? Any in Texas?
Right. Everyone I've made contact with that does DLC has a minimum order size and its always been way bigger than I'd need.I know Josh at REK does ceracoat, but not DLC.
I recall there is a company that will do DLC, but there is a minimum size job they'll do.

IonBond and DLC are much tougher than paint like Ceracoat.
