Who Does Good Heat Treating Of 5160?

I have sent most of my blades out to Peters' and sometimes to Bos, but I have never worked with 5160. Now that I have a bar of 5160, I want to make some camp knives. It is a thickness of .214" from Pop's Knife Supply. I plan to make a couple of camp knives with a 6 1/2" long blade and .214" thick. Then I also have a pattern for one that will be 4 7/8" long blade and I would like to thin that one down to about .165". Is there a particular heat treater that you would recommend for doing these kinds of blades?
