The question was asked "Who does not have an M43?". Found quite a few in need. Well lets also ask who does not have an Everest Katana?

Me, but I have a Tarwar and I'm very satisfied with it. Swords aren't as addicting to me as khukuris. :p :D ;)

Me. But I'm more in favor of Tarwars, though I don't have that either. The tarwar appeals to me because it is brutish. We need brutes.

Really Warren? I'd think the hair loss and the thyroid condition that gives you that stare would concern her more.

I'd prefer an HI tarwar or HI tibetan short to the EvKat tho. Those swords seem a bit overbuilt fer kats.

HI makes a mean short sword, the HI "Falcatta" is probably the best sword that HI's turned out, IMHO. Wide blade, deep fullers, wonderfully arcing spine, acutely flat ground, razor sharp, chiruwa built, under three pounds. When I picked mine up 2nd hand of Bill Marsh, there was a real dearth in the sword mkt for late Bronze/Early Iron Age sword formats.

If you really want to silence the crowd, ask who doesn't have an AK. I bet most of us have more than one AK!

I don't, but myprefered sword would be a CS Tow handed GIm(SOrry Uncle Bill, just not an HI product that matches my taste as well)

I have one--not a HI, though. I'm more into Chinese weapons, and I do have a nice 16" (blade) Tibetan dagger from early 1800s...

No Katana yet.:( One of these days when I see one with enough curve for my tastes. Falcata, that I have and it is my favorite sword to date.

naa, that stare is a result of very deep thinking...:D

Don't have any HI swords--unless the Movie Model counts.

I'd like one of the old Tarwars. Seems a lot of the new ones look exactly like Tibetan swords...
