Who does removable handles?

Have a full tang knife that needs new handle slabs. Anyone know someone who does handle slabs that can be removed with say an allen wrench. Would like to get some micarta on it... but it would be nice to take it of in case I wanted to use the blade as say a spear or something. I got cord on it right now which works... but I'd like removable micarta. Addresses and links would be greatly appreciated...
