Who doesn't have infi yet and is curious?

Aight guys, I may live to regret this, but you know what, it's only a knife. What I am considering is how many guys here do not have any infi yet and are curious?

What I am considering doing is letting one of my few remaining pieces, a FSH with black coating and green standard micarta handles for a pass around. I'm not asking for a lottery or donation, all I am asking is that you pay for shipping and ship it to the next guy. Don't try to destroy it, but chop wood, do some prying, etc. so you can see what it can do. Now, if I do this, I will ask that you don't go chopping concrete. I let this knife go one time before and my buddy that I sold it to, already chopped on a curb here in Anchorage with minimal damage to it. So it's been there and done that :D

So... who doesn't have infi and would be interested in a pass around? You would get a week, give or take a day, to beat on it. The only thing would be you pay shipping with insurance in a timely manner to the next on the list. I would like it back in time for fishing season May 1st. I have no means of getting it back if someone decides to take it, but my God will deal with you on that matter ;) (Not that I believe that will happen). This is me standing behind Busse combat and what I believe in. This knife has the greatest significance in my collection and is irreplaciable. But that is just all the more fitting.


So... who has yet to try infi and would be interested?

I'd like to keep this in the US for time and shipping reasons.
 
I don't have a steel heart does that count?

I'm not very good at sharpening either. It might look more like a game warden when I send it back.

I got this idea from Voracious. He took me under his wing in a sense and gave me my holy grail knife and some killer deals. I miss that guy (Still alive, just AWOL) and I guess this is a tribute to him :cool: :thumbup:
 
Me, me!!!! I don't have any INFI!! What??? ...That's "MISTER Liar" to you! LOL :o :o ;) :D :D

THIS is a VERY GUTSY offer!!! If it meets with success, maybe I'll be tempted to try this with one of my CGFBM's. :thumbup::thumbup: to YOU!!! :D

I'm going to buy one anyway but I was thinking....WOW...How the hell could you not love a knife that can chop up a concrete curb.....jeesh !!!:rolleyes:

Have really been interested in Busse for a while, but haven't been able to get enough $ together to take the plunge.

Aight, you're first in line. And if no one else jumps in, I'll give you a couple weeks to have fun with it :D

I'll give this thread a till the till sunday, then I'll ship the knife out to you Barrabas with a timeline depending on other participants. :)
 
I would dearly love to try this knife out. Have been addicted to knives for more years than I can remember. My wife has finally gotten to the point of just smiling.

How do we go about doing this - the actual mechanics I mean, like addresses, etc.
 
I'll collect all parties addresses. If there are more, I'll work it out, but basically, I'll contact #1, ask to ship to #2 and give that address. Then provide #2 with address of #3 and so on. Time wise, I figure 5-7 days, then ship to the next guy.

Should work out fine and if only a few, I'll do a couple weeks of time per person. :)

I would have to say you are good to your word sir. I read another of your posts today (on the mood of the forum) and this offer says plenty about you. I have seen similiar passarounds on other forums and think it is a great idea.
I have INFI so I will not be participating, just wanted to say outloud what I was thinking.
 
Aaahh, man...don't be the Pusher man...sellin' INFI on the corner, first blade trial free...they warned me about the Pusher man, but I still am buyin' INFI :)
