I've been watching EdgePro videos all night... I think after my Fluted Ti Millie, this may be my next major purchase... I've been eyeballing one for a while now, any idea how it handles on extreme recurves ie: Kershaw Spec Bump or Kershaw Boa?? I really love these knives and would love to put a mirror finish on any knife, being able to do it to those two would be icing on the cake!! Great edge on a beautiful knife!

I love 'em almost as much as I love my Wicked Edged Sebenza... ;) I will say that when I took this photo, showing the mirror polish wasn't my objective. While it doesn't have that look of showing a reflection, it's polished down to 0.25 micron diamond spray level and is very shiny.

 That's a sweet one. Edgepro'd Mnandis are pretty nice, too :D

Hmm, it's almost tempting to pull out my EdgePro again. I did my Sebbie on my Work Sharp, which is still a mirror edge, but the reflection is all flat due to the convex and doesn't quite have the same effect.

Beautiful, both those sebenza's are absolutely beautiful and the shiny edges make them look like they're ready to serve there Masters.

Good work. Few knife-related things more rewarding taking the time to turn a dull looking edge into a mirror. People gawk.

Very nice! What angle ya got on there? Oh, and did the thumbstub get in the way of sharpening the edge back near the ricasso?

Whoever asked about sharpening recurves, EdgePro sells thin stones for just that purpose.

Thanks everyone, I'd have to agree that it's pretty rewarding.

Glad you're liking it!

I went with the blue line on the edgepro and layed the blade down off of the high hallow part, , so I'm not exactly sure what angle it was, but that's the angle it came to me yesterday, so that's the angle I sharpened it at. I just do the sharpie method to find the exact angle that it was originally set at, that way I don't have to lose too much metal.

Oh and that Micarta Insigno looks amazing....the Micarta really strikes me, I wish they made a Micarta regular....

Sadly, I don't have experience with either edgepro or wicked edge and a sebbie. Someone should send me one of each so I can understand! ;)

I get as many comments on Edge Pro edges as I do about my knives themselves.

As soon as I got my EdgePro I practiced on a few inexpensive kitchen knives
then I did my Sebenza at 15 or so per side.

I realy need to quit being a cheapskate and get an Apex edge pro, these edges just look like a whole other level of sharp.

Some real nice edges!

When I couldn't get a decent edge on my ZDP Acies, I finally buckled down and got the Edge Pro and havn't looked back since, it is def. a whole another level of sharp, atom spliting sharp edges!
