Tried to fix the title but can't :( "Who keeps going back to that one blade?"

I feel I've tried quite a few different knives in different price ranges. Most of the popular ones except the sebbie. I may pick one up eventually. I've tried and still own Benchmades, Emersons, Kershaws, Microtechs, Spydercos, Striders, Zero Tolerance. But out of everything I've tried between $60-$450, I usually come back to my BM 710s.

Its the only one I retain multiples of. two d2s and two M4s. I'll probably pick up one more in satin. Ergos are different for everyone as we are all built differently. For me the 710 just fits. I like how it carries and like the weight. The only ones that felt as good have been the cqc8, mini 8, and military. I prefer the blade and lock on my BM so its gets carried the most. I didn't like how thin the tip was on the millie or it being tip down only so its gone.

My emersons still get some carry due to the wave. If I could Wave my 710 I probably wouldn't carry anything else unless wearing a suit. Anyone know someone who makes replacement blades?

I feel like when you're trying to play the field but keep running back to one woman because she's got part of your heart.

So who else is this happening to?

The Folder that sees the most real use is my CS 4" Voyager with a PE Clip Point blade.

I own others, but that one is my beater blade, I use it for just about anything, it's my utility blade.

My collection mainly consists of Benchmades and a few others but the blade I always keep coming back to and carry the most is a Benchmade 710.. I have played with the idea of getting a Sebenza and will most likely get one when funds allow it.. But my 710 has handled everything I have thrown at it so far...

oddly enough I'm in the exact same boat as you are. I own hundreds of knives, But no matter what I go back to the 710. Even weirder is that my second favorite is the cqc-8. I guess they just got the ergonomic right on the two.

A Delica seems to be the "quick, I gotta run...grab one" knife of choice usually.

ZT 0350.

No matter what knife I buy I keep going back to that one. Maybe I should stop trying to find the perfect knife and admit I've found mine....

nah, what fun is that. :D

I'm guessing our hands are of similar build. Pretty cool.

I also like the way the kershaw boa and osborne 942 fit. They are just a little small for what I like as edc.

I do carry the 942 when dressed up in a state that doesn't allow autos. Then its the ultratech. Small, classy, and lights. Also not abrasive to my dress slacks.

Exactly how I feel. I'm still trying like hell to hunt down a plain edge HD7. Also trying to hunt down a plain edge framelock mini socom.

I always go to my Spyderco Native for EDC in my front right pocket. My Manix 2 is in the right rear pocket. Both knives seem to fit my hand far better than anything I have owned thus far.

somehow Sebenza finds its way in my pocket all the time, no matter how many new toys I get .

Endura in FRN for me, though I have all versions. I've carried one since 92. I do carry many others, like the Police 3, Stretch 2 ZDP, Blur ( usually S30V), a JYD 2 Ti/SG2, and lately a Gayle Bradley in CPM M4. These other knives are often in addition to, not instead of the Endura which goes everywhere, even swimming at the pool and down at the ocean.

When I have a belt I often find myself carrying a little Anza along with my Endura.

Yep, that would be my Gerber Freeman S30V folder. I've owned three of 'em. I don't leave the house without it.

For a lot of years I had no problem using a different knife on a daily basis and it was enjoyable, that was until I got a Military, which is now my primary. Every once in a while I will try another for a day for variety, but I always go back. I just can't explain it rationally, but man, that Mili just feels like it belongs.

Right now ZT 0200. It's too big to carry during the week at the office, but at night and weekends it rides along the most.

I'd say out of the many many..my lowly SageII is the pocket keeper.

The Spyderco ZDP Caly 3 is a constant for me. I carry it more than anything else, and have my duplicate.
In the workhorse category, the Military is it thus far. The upcoming Kershaw Volt is giving some real stiff competition though.
