Who else is dying for a colored FRN stretch?

Hi, I love my spyderco stretch. It is the perfect knife. I just wish it came in the same colors as the FFG delica/enduras anyone know if there are any rumors or talks of this happening? Is anyone else dying to have a brown FRN vg10 stretch?!
 
I'd love to see a brown FRN VG-10 Stretch. Also would like to see a tan like the OIF/OEF Natives, a dark blue like the 2003 Spyderco Forum Native III, and a white one - if for no other reason than to allow dying to any color one wanted, all in VG-10. FWIW, there's currently a green FRN one in ZDP-189, the blue FRN/ZDP-189 ones can still be found occasionally, and there's a grey Super Blue one coming soon.
 
Count me in! I want an orange Stretch, or a brown one. I would even love a yellow one, whether it was a salt model or not.
 
A Stretch in foliage green would not be a bad idea :rolleyes: ...maybe a Sprint with some different steel :cool:

A orange one with a stone washed blade would be absolutely beautiful. or a foliage green one like pomelly says. I want a brown one and ritt dye a tiger stripe black pattern on it like Ive seen done on a brown endura.
 
I still need to try the Stretch
Whenever I get bored and have extra cash, I'm getting either a ZDP Stretch or Caly 3.5
 
My one and only complaint about my Stretch 2 is that is the boring black FRN. I would love to have some choices! I don't really care what color, just as long as it has some color! I would have to get another if this ever happens as it is one of the best designs in the Spyderco line up!
 
When the SB ones hit, I'm going to pick up a couple for sure. I love my ZDP Stretch. It's one of those knives that is not much to look at, but when it gets put to use, a cheesy smile is immediately slapped on your face.
 
I am sadly not very excited about the super blue version. I live in a beach town and I know that the super blue will rust even with the best care and treatment I can provide. Vg10 is by far my favorite steel ( easy to sharpen, holds a edge well, and is corrosion resistant) I have a pacific salt, but the soft steel and linerless handle leaves me wanting more. Vg10 can be in the ocean or beach as long as i give it a fresh water rinse after. I am tempted to by a brown delica, but I know that I would never carry it cause I already own the perfect knife, the stretch.
 
Sure. Dying for colored FRN... or any variation on my favorite "must accompany me on all camping trips" knife.

Confession: I spend enough on knives, and my black FRN stretch 2 is in decent shape. I probably wouldn't spend the $$ just to get a new color. What would push me over the edge would probably be a new handle material (micarta? wood?), or the return of a previous material (G10 or carbon fiber?) along with a super high-end steel. With that combo, one starts not caring what the budget and/or CFO of the family (wife) says. ;)

+1m on G10 or another CF one, the same CF as the ZDP-189 version.
 
I was considering buying a SB one just to have the gray scales and making a franken-spydie with the VG10 one. The SB itself doesn't interest me since it will rust on me.
