the Victorinox Gardener is a nice slim single blade sheepsfoot for about $12-15 online. if you like or use Vic SAK's then you'll know their quality and attention to detail are top notch but their steel needs to be sharpened regularly. It takes a wonderful edge but does not stay sharp as long as the modern super steels. the blade is chisel ground and the spring on mine is very stiff, a quality i love in a slipjoint.

edit: on a side note, my gardener came free in a combo pack with a Victorinox Hiker at my local target store on sale for $17.00 quite a steal if you live near a target and they have them in stock. you can check it out HERE
