I picked this up for $20. Turned out to be in unused condition. Normally, I don't prefer the plastic handled knifes but I like this one. It's screaming "I need a thumbstud" too.

So does anyone have this knife and what do you use it for??

I have a couple of them in my collection of Buck lites, very nice knife one of my favorites

I used mine as a every day carrier for years.

I think I remember the 446 Goliath coming out in 98 or 99.A large utility folder.I'm out of town away from my notes so I could be in error. Please don't tar and feather me should someone find different info. But I remember it in the Cabela's cataloge a that time. They sold well at first to tradesmen.Even has a lanyard hole. Did you build that Trax?
So I assume there is enough frame under the plastic to build on.
Nice/interesting knife.

I had one, bought it when I was deployed off of sle-bay. Played with it a bit but it wasn't for me. Nothing wrong with it, just not my thing.

Gave it to a young Soldier before I left so I'm sure it's still there seeing good use.

For $20 you got a great deal!

...Hey Flat...There is no frame under the plastic to build anything onto. The Goliath has only the same working parts as a 110 or 112 has. That one has full one piece bolsters and liners fashioned and machined outa solid brass that came from flat bar stock. Not too many people with any talent here is there?...Just ol' ...

"He tasted just like chicken, honey"... :D

What a God-awful recipe...Way too much cheese... :barf:

I prefer bunny meat, carrots, potatoes, onions, chopped celery, 1/4 stick butter, salt & pepper, pint of water, and maybe a chunk of Hilshire farms Sausage; meat boiled for 20 mins, veggies added and boiled for another 20 mins...Whatever bunny bath water that's left over is poured over the dog's food...I am Chef de Jour in my house...and mighty popular among the canine population here... :p

any one here a lefty?

Yes...By grace of God and the staff of RPCI... :(

I don't know what cat tastes like...but according to Belker's street pals on Hill Street Blues, kittens taste like chicken...

(They fed a kitten canned milk; Belker was touched by the sentiment...until he saw/smelled the BBQ...) :p
