who has abused a temperance?

Hmm, if you want a tool to abuse there are plenty out there. Spyderco knives are meant to cut stuff.
 
Didn't mean to offend with my title....so maybe you've just emotionally abused your temperance, but physically stretched it to it's cutting limits, and when she cut the stuff that really needed cutting, did she still want to be by your side?? ;)
 
My Temperance and Temperance II have both seen a bit of use, although there is a major shortage of bush to craft in these parts. They both performed well for the most part, although the factory edge on the Temp II was no match for our local hardwoods. Aside from that, very good cutters.

Looking good, I guess most folks here are mainly into the folders, that's cool. I REALLY REALLY want to like folding knives more, but don't....is it because I've never spent more than $40 on one??? - Maybe. -

I like to keep things simple and the more moving parts the more opportunity for things to go wrong.
 
I abuse my temperance 1 whenever my wife cooks turkey,or ham for dinner.Its become a tradition to pull out the old temperance when we need to abuse a piece of meat.
 
you mean the name didn't even register into your sub-conscious? get the resilience for a more comfortable sleep.
