Who has ordered a pocket bowie?

I think itd be cool to have a matching bowie/pocket bowie with brass pins and the white handle material(not sure what it is), and one of those piggyback sheaths for them both.
 
I went with John's recommendation of maple burl. If I get another I will do the tiger maple or maybe try the torched oak.

Oddly enough, all three of the woods you mentioned are the three I like.
I have a RUSK in torched oak, it looks awesome.
I like the tiger maples I have seen John put out, but that maple burl is extraordinary!
 
This is my first maple burl and I really like it. The more I look at the maple burl the more I think I prefer it to the tiger maple. I don't have a torched oak but am planning on using it for a future knife.
 
I am debating asking if John can lengthen the blade maybe a half inch or so.

Maple burl is really calling to me. Yours just looks so darned nice.

I have a bowie here that also has maple burl; I've been playing around with it to help me decide.
