Who has the 9051 AFO and CLA? Which do you like better?

I'm on the fence on getting the AFO or CLA. I was curious who has both and which they prefer and why?

I'm kind of leaning towards the CLA since it's a little smaller/lighter and I want an EDC knife that isn't too large in my pocket.

I may eventually get both, but right now I can just afford one, whats your opinions on them for EDC?

I have neither but have handled both and familiar with the sizes.
Of those 2, the CLA would be my choice for carry and use by a mile.

I own the CLA and 3 AFO's.

Another to consider is the HK Patrol Auto. It is very much like the CLA.

I have EDC'd an AFO for years in the past--one of the originals back in the 90's. They are great knives and built to last. But, they are a brick in the pocket! It is better in a pouch on the belt.

The CLA is a lot more friendly to carry. It is lightweight and well made. I really like it! Great knife, too.

The HK Patrol auto is also an excellent EDC auto. I have one of those too.

As far as which I like better? I like the AFO better if I could only own one. There is a reason that this design has been around for over 20 years! It is a beast!

AFO II. I handled both and felt that the CLA wasn't as "tough". Neither are what I would call small, but I got used to carrying the AFO II in nearly everything I wear, minus some tighter designer jeans. I've posted this before, but:

I have both -- the CLA is in my pocket daily, as its slim profile is easier for me to get along with. When I am expecting to need to beat on my knife (ie.: out in the woods) I carry a small fixed blade, a BK24, instead. My AFO lives on my bedside table... The AFO is much bigger in-pocket, for sure.
