Who has the Carbon Fiber Sebenza and what are your thoughts?

I havent seen anything really addressing the CF Sebenzas from KnifeArt. Just wondering who has one and what are your thoughts. I was on the list for a small, but by the time i recieved my email, they were gone. I saw that one forum member had one for about a day before they put it up for sale. I own several Sebenza ( Large classic,small regular,StarTac, Micarta classic, small Insingo) , but I am undecided about the CF. I have heard all the argument of CF is stonger than Ti, but I would think there would be more flex with the CF. Waiting to hear from others about this knife.......
 
I would have to agree. I haven't had the opportunity to handle a lot of sebenzas, but I can't imagine one feeling smoother then my large cf. The biggest compliment I can give it is the significant
weight reduction. I wouldn't carry a large seb or umnum because of the weight, but the weight of the large cf in on par with my small micarta and I love that.
 
I didn't have mine long. They are very good looking with the polished CF, but that also makes them a bit slick.Of course they are also light(about-1 Oz)
At least the was my impression.
(I also did not sell do to any fault of the knife, but to raise funds-although I would prefer rough CF over polished, but again the polished looks better)

I might be the seller you are referring to. I did have one for a day and I only sold it because I was likely getting funds together for another Sebenza. I was probably chasing down a more rare version and figured I could get another carbon fiber some day. I did like the carbon fiber very much.
In addition, someone said in a thread that Chris Reeve was toting one in his own pocket at Plaza Cutlery show.
 
Can anyone tell me if the carbon fiber Sebenza has a polished or stonewashed blade? I saw a YouTube video of a numbered version with a polished blade, but the pics of the non-numbered large CF Sebenza looks stonewashed. I emailed Knifeart a few days ago and never got a reply.
 
Not high polished. Kind of a satin stonewashed finish.
