Started in 2006, the Bladeforums forum knife has become something of an annual tradition. Ring knife, cannitler, stockman, barlow, moose, EO, trapper, congress jack, and now the stag jack. Anyone own the entire set? Berk? Charlie? Kerry? Ted?

I myself only have two. This year's knife and the moose. I'm merely the caretaker of the moose as it will be my daughter's when she wants it (she was born in 2010).

While these two knives are the only ones I wanted in the series, I think it's very cool that a few folks out there have the full lineup. Anyone care to share?

Very nice examples you show there Christian, your daughter is the lucky girl getting that one.

Fairly sure Ted has the entire run, though I think he has yet to receive his 14?

Myself, I have 08 Stockman, missed 09 Barlow due to misinformation...:grumpy: 10 Moose, 11 Bullet End EZ-Open, 12 I didn't fancy at all, 13 Congress Jack I do have and I'm waiting for my 14 with ill concealed impatience:D Yours is a very enviable specimen.

Will show a groupie of mine when it all happens.

Regards, Will

5 out of 9...that's a good start. ;)

Are you trying to get the 06, 07, and 09? That's going to be a little challenging. IIRC there are only 43 ring knives, 57 cannitlers, and 113 barlows. A far cry from the 350 in this year's offering.

No, only the 09 interests me from that lot but the price makes me wince! I have bought partly from solidarity with the Forum but mainly if I like the knife and see using or 'exhibition' potential....Ring knives, Cannitlers/Canoes and that bulky Trapper fail to motivate me.

It's good that there are dedicated collectors/fanatics....though.

I gave the Stockman away, mine had a burnt tip. I have the Barlow, Moose (Bullhead), EasyOpen and Stag Jack. I didn't care for the sizes of the Trapper and Congress Jack, and was too late for the first two.

Good to see the whole range!

Do you have a favourite? For me it's the 11 EZ-Open.

Three out of the nine are stag, 1 wood (should be more) 1 synthetic.

Thanks, Will

Different strokes for different folks I guess. The only reason I have the '11 is a desire for completeness. Last year's Congress Jack has seen more pocket time than any of the others, and will likely go back in my pocket when I can use my right arm again.

All nice knives very, but I think I'd have only gotten the EZ open/caplifter and this year's.

Full set plus this year's runner-up, the Eric's Jack

A thing of beauty there Jack. I like that there is no hesitation on your part in using a knife.

There are four in stag. 06, 08, 09, and 14.

Man I so wish GEC would release the Congress Jack from last year's knife in their regular line up.

Nice collection yablanowitz.

I have one of the 2006 Ring Knives and the 2014 knife. The 2006 stag is lighter now than when these photos were taken - I polished some of the burn discoloration away. I love stag but I'm not as big a fan of torched / burnt stag.

The 2006 has been a user; carried in a soft leather slip. The 2014 will also get used - waiting on a slip from Gunstock Jack then it will go into the pocket as the occasion warrants.
