Who is best to refinish and sharpen blades?

I have 2 knives that I want to have sharpened, one has a lot of patina and needs to be refinished. The patina'd knife is a 1970's era solingen steel bowie and the 2nd is a cold steel magnum tanto II.


Is there anyone that does this kind of service?

that comes to mind is

Tom Krein !

Has a long and wonderful history of working his magic on other knives
besides those of his own creation, which are also something you should
really check into!
