I'm going with Jerry was drunk, had the brilliant (?) idea to log in as Garth, and post the announcement. Then chuckled to himself and fell asleep.

What is your theory?

All I know is that if Amy-0 was still riding herd over there, she wouldn't have let this happen. I mean, she wouldn't let me spoof the piglets with Hog Hi Jinks ....
