Raoh67, Wow I am not sure how that got past. Please send it back to the shop and we will take care of it. Shoot an email to Trissy and let her know that you are sending it back in. I am sorry that this happened and will do what I can to make it right.

Yep, something will slip through at some point no matter the company. Its how they handle it that counts. Jerry's sticky at the top of the forums asks that you bring it straight to them and they'll make it right
 
It's not a negative thread, just smiling about this inspector, the knife will be used like it is, it's not major problem to spend 50dollars sending it back :)

Hey Josh, any chance you could post a sticky here describing what to do with issues that should be directed to customer service? It would make sense since there's one in the Busse forum.
 
It wouldnt cost $50 to send back, it shouldnt even cost $15... Usps medium flat rate box, or make ur own. Probably $12 insured.
 
I know you didn't mean for this to come across as being negative. I hope you dont think anyone here is trying to jump all over you.

In response to a few posts like this a while back, Jerry said that it doesn't take much to ruin a very hard earned good reputation. He asked that everyone at least give them a chance to address the issue before posting things like this. That's exactly why he posted that sticky.
