Who is the maker of this knife?

I've had these photos saved on my PC for a while, and cannot remember who the maker is of this knife. Is it Bruce Bump?

I realize that this blade and handle shape isn't absolutely unique, but I think I'm going to make a couple of knives of similar profile . . . and would like to at least credit the original "designer" as the inspiration.

That's Dave Kelly's work. He is very detail oriented and does a lot of work with fancy details like this knife.

Once I searched on Dave Kelly's name, I found that photo saved with his name on it.

It is a nice piece, I particularly like the color and textures in the handle.

However, (to me) it is the guard that gives it away as not one of Mr. Bump. I believe that Bump's guards are usually thinner and a more sculpted.
