Who is this Bladesmith?

I have a small collection of knifes and somehow I lost the information I had about this piece.
I purchased this small knife in 1995 at a Forth Worth, Texas store near the Stockyards. Does anybody knows who the maker is?

Cool. Reminds me a little of some of the old Schrade-Walden Sharpfinger annuals. They were very versatile, popular knives.
