first pick was curly koa but cost and lack of one large stabilized board that was all matching made the buyer switch. im gettign better about buying huge boards of nice wood to be sent to K&G but we all know what kind of costs can be racked up that way found 2 small boards at 120$ a boardfoot and picked them up but they were green so it will be a while till i can get them stable

VERY, VERY, VERY BEAUTIFUL KNIVES.
Each knife has its own personality with the variations in the graining of the scales.
The handle looks like it would have a good feel in hand and I bet the blade would glide right through prime beef.
Someone is going to have some REALLY CLASSY steak dinners. :thumbup: :thumbup:
