There is nothing I like better to do in the evening than have a BBQ. I enjoy watching the coals get ready (no gas grill for this old boy, natural charcoal all the way), and knock back a few cold beers. When the coals are ready, I put on the meat and watch it slowly cook. When I think it`s done how I like it, I whip out the trusty Victorinox Soldier (pocket fuzzies get wiped on my pants leg), and do a test cut. This really ticks off wifey! She always says "go in the house and get a knife!" So now, what do I do? Be a stubborn old goat and use the Vic, or get off my rear and get a knife from the house? Well, now I have the answer, get my special JK BBQ Knife! 9" overall, with a 3/32" thick blade 4 1/2" long, with what else but a "burnt" maple handle!

The other thing that really gets her going is the fact that I use my fingers to hold the meat while I cut it ( primitive aren`t I)? What`s the answer? Why a JK BBQ Fork! 12" long and 3/32" thick.

I don`t know about you guys, but cooking out makes me thirsty! What to open that beer with (let`s just pretend that I don`t have my Vic ;)) What do I use? My JK Bottle Opener, of course!

Here they are, as a matched set. I had fun making these!

Now, if you don`t think I`m totally crazy, and would like a set like this, and be the envy of your neighbors, they will go for $125 with no sheath and no freebie tin knife. You already have a favorite JK BBQ knife? Individual prices are as follows: Knife with a sheath - $85.00. Fork to match a knife you already have: $35.00. Opener: $20.00

I've been known to BBQ. You may recognize some of the tools I use.

Awesome set John.
I it makes me hungry and thirsty just to look at it.

I think that today we have the rain that you had yesterday.
This morning I though that I was going to need an ark.

I'm another Lodge Sportsman's Grille & mesquite guy. It's the only way to go. Very nice BBQ set John. I've been using my Roach Belly around the grille.

Very nice John! You are doing many things other makers don't do....and it is awesome stuff!

I was away at our woods place this weekend.

Grilled a lot; started thinking about getting a couple of his and hers BBQ knives, with either the burnt maple handle, or tan canvas micarta.
The second choice would match my RUSK (whose handle the Wife likes a lot).
