Thought i'd open a thread specific to sharing Commando style handles....there were some for sale in recent FF threads so please share with us.

Saw this runt in another thread quite a while a go and wanted it...luckily i had the chance to aquire it recently. It is slim and i like that :D


 
It's not a Fiddleback but here's my beloved commando Warthog. I carry this knife everyday in my pocket. I sure as heck would love to have a commando Esquire or maybe a PK!

That thing is spectacular! If you ever have a weak moment and it needs to find a new home, keep me in mind!
 
I love it on my woman, I'd probably love it on my knife. I might need a commando fiddleback, that evergreen Runt looks great
 
I keep asking Allen to do more commando handles, but I haven't seen a big change. I'll have to mention it again...
 
The commando versions make another nice price point also... midrange between liner/pinstripes and hemp wrapped.

If they are Commando Shadetree it's a $40 upcharge and $50+ more for wood

that is true if black or natural canvas is the material that ends up on one. Those 2 choices are built into the "Base Price" of each model

Sweet! If that's the case, here's a wishlist. 154 would make it slightly better for humid TX / Summer weather.

KEB 3/32", A2 or 154 CPM, Convex, Black Canvas commando, no liners or pinstripes, SFT

Handyman 3/32", A2 or 154 CPM, Convex, Black Canvas commando, no liners or pinstripes, SFT
 
I had the opportunity on that knife and definitely regret not picking up that Runt Guhul... nice snag. I really like commando blades
 
My very first runt is a commando natural scales beauty. I'll have to find a decent picture to add to the thread

Is that 1/16 steel? I think the only F2 that would get me to sell the one I have is a commando F2 in black (I would take OD or brown too) canvas, stainless 3/32. Oh boy.

Thanks for posting everyone. I bet there are more out there. Keep 'em coming.

Happy that The forge will put out some more. I personally would like to see more Shadetree commandos or even better some bolsters!!!
