Who likes to Grind?

Ah Ha……this thread refers to grinding metal.

Well, I’m not sure what exactly happened….I think after months of trying to get a ¼” thick badger I SNAPPED! So I made an EDC/Hunting knife out of what I had (poor PBS).

I actually had fun working up the exact lines to follow, then the grinding started (again, grinding the blade, just to be clear).

Anyway, here it is.

After talking to Drew (RVO3VOM) he's got me thinking maybe a nice two tone blade…we’ll see.

I’ve been carrying this one everyday for about 3 weeks now, and I must say…. it fits me well (almost like a mini WSK), and performs like all other INFI, amazing.

Just wanted to share…as everyone else does.

Hey, I thought Grinducci only took off that much metal! It does look like a usefull knife now, I didn't like how long the belly was before, nice work.

Grind Ducci should be by to inspect this. Looks great though. Did you keep the temp relatively low?

The blade barly got warm to the touch....constant air and lot's of water (slow and messy, but effective).

i like it. the pbs never really appealed to me. but your is now a cross between a hell razor and heavy duty.

That's was not exactly planned....but I guess that's what makes it special (another leason learned)....

The finished blade came it at 3"
