Who made it?

Ok, I was digging around in the safe earlier and came across this knife, that I had forgotten I even had. I've had it for probably 10-12 years, but don't recall exactly where I got it. Maybe a yard sale or pawn shop? Anyway, it's stamped Mac Tools on the tang, with no other markings. It is very similar to a Buck 112 and has a very solid feel to it. I'm just curious if anyone knows who actually made it as Mac has contracted with a lot of makers over the years, but all the ones I've seen had the makers stamp on the tang and the Mac Tools logo etched on the blade.

It's highly likely it was Bear MGC. I saw some pics of other MacTools knives on the interweb, and they look very similar, just different colored scales. The curvature, and well rounded edges look very similar, though.
