Yes now visible. Looks to me like a knife made in a Yangjiang China factory based loosely on the CRKT Pilar design, which itself is made in a Yangjiang China factory. Have not been able to identify.
 
I found out it's a RAD Shepherd Clone by Samier (a guy on eBay told me about it)

Thank you to all who gave me their time and input...you guys rock! (people like you are the reason I love the knife community!)
