Who made these Remington Barlows

I recently purchased this yellow Remington Barlow for my collection. This knife sure does look like a Schrade or a Camillus. Who made them for Remington?

Update: I found out from several sources that Camillus did make the Remington Barlow I pictured. It is almost a perfect match to the Yellow Buck Barlow I have in my collection, that was also made by Camillus. Thanks for the forum member help. Don
