Who made this axe and when?

Just thought I'd throw this over to the guys that know axes and see if anyone can help me ID who made this axe and when.

I don't know who. but do not think it is very old. the patina is not deep, a carbon steel can look worse then that within a year. Everything about it is current method and material.

it looks a little like a bark river maybe an earlier model but im not completly sure

It honestly looks like a modified Blackjack Viking Raider axe.
