who made this knife?

hello everyone.i have looked high and low for info on the knife Chavez used in Young Guns II.it is a doubble bladed fighter around 14inches long upswept blades.does anyone have any idea who made this knife?was it a custom or production?my buddy and me make knifes,so we are thinking of doing a custom job of this knife.problem is we dont want to get our arses sued off for copyright infringment.so if you have any thoughts drop a line.thanks.
