Alot of boot knife styles will have that.

Probably not what you're looking for but the only fixed blade sheath with a clip I have is the zero tolerance 0150.

ESEE makes one you can buy for the Izula

Boker Khucom has one but 2lbs isnt comfortable. Kabar/ESEE has a clip for the smaller knives, but it costs $15 extra.

The Esee 3 comes with a clip you can screw on the sheath. Or you can buy the clip separate and attach it to the 4 sheath.

I'm sure that there are several sheath makers on this forum who can make you whatever type of sheath you want for whatever fixed-blade you want. There's no need to limit your knife choices to only those that come from the factory with pocket-clip sheaths.
