Klotzli makes quite a few patterns - folding with liner lock. They are generally designed for light to medium duty use.\
I have been carrying a Klotzli Sailor (distributed by Boker) for about a month now. A very excellent knife. However, it is a wharncliff with a belly, so not a true wharncliff.
Columbia River (CRKT) Mirage and Grey Ghost (discontinued) are also wharncliff.
Spyderco is coming out with one relatively soon (Kiwi) but it is a bit short for your needs. They also have another project in the works, the Yojimbo, which will be a folding wharnie, but more towards the MBC range.
Kershaw Ken Onion Mini Task (discontinued) - but it has the damn Speedsafe system, :barf:
Lots of slipjoint manufacturer's make that pattern, but not too many in the 3 inch range.
Benchmade claims to have lots of wharnie shapes, but they are really drop points.
That is a start.
