Who Makes Custom Pouches/Purses for Folders?

I'm looking to get a leather pouch for some of my custom folders. Any help would be appreciated...I think I saw a member on here who offered them in the past.
 
If it is for transportation and storage, I cannot recommend Bill's Custom Cases enough.

For high dollar knives, slip pouches from either Arne Mason in goatskin at close to $100, or Adam Unltd stingray at a more reasonable $35.00 or so are available commercially.

Arne Mason and Adam Unltd both have carry straps on thier cases. Good quality, too.

Kenny Rowe has made me two fine leather pouch sheaths for slipjoints. Gorgeous work, one out of elephant and the other out of ostrich leg.

I've had him make a custom sheath for a fixed blade and was VERY pleased with both the quality and the price.
