I live out here in CA and have always liked push daggers. Years ago I bought a Cold Steel, but my mom liked it so much for her morning walks that she usurped it and I haven't seen it since. I would really like to get a good custom push dagger. Does anyone know any source(s) for this? Thank you.

I picked up a cold steel safe keeper 2 for $34.95 + shipping on ebay
I think it is basicly the same knife as the terminator.

You can also try Haller, a German brand. I don't know if the push daggers are actually made in Germany, but they are much cheaper than Cold Steel.

AJ Collins (KKK) makes really cool push daggers. They're really wicked looking and fit the hand well. They're relatively inexpensive for custom knives ($2-300 range). He should be at the NY show next month.

Thanks for the replies. The push dagger from Ricahrd Rosvall is nice. I bought my Cold Steel probably 15 years ago and haven't seen it in 14 years (my mom, the killer). So Cold Steel is still making them, huh? I'll have to check them out. I thought that, for a while there, push daggers were illegal out here in CA; but if I can get my hands on a nice one, I will. I've always liked them.

An additional suggestion, unfortunately very expensive.
