who makes oerla knives?

the reason i ask is that the action and detents on their ball bearing knives respond exactly to kizer knives. i know it is foreign parts supposedly built in USA.
 
I don’t own one, but their fixed blades look quite nice. They’re supposedly designed by an ex special forces member (or someone along those lines). Yeah made in China and are a budget brand.

There are some uh interesting designs on their website. Some fixed blades that are giving me serious strider vibes as well.
