Who Makes Smith and Wesson Flashlights?

i have had this flash light for some time now

really i enjoy it. feels solid. the led is very bright and the xenon is extremely bright. i would like to know who makes them and if any of you have one?

Kinda looks like a older streamlight, S&W contracts people for everything but guns so it would be hard to say who made it.

so far so good. i have had mine for a couple of years. i use it more now than before since the price of 123's have gone down some. its not a bad flashlight really for the price. i think i paid 25 bucks or so on sale back then
