Who makes this custom knife?

Got this as a gift from my girlfriend recently, I don't have anything like this because I use my knives and this looks more like a wall hanger. But, it looks really nice was wondering if anyone knows who makes this knife?

To be honest... it looks a bit "Pakistani" to me? I can, of course be wrong...

thats what I thought, but I know I have seen that logo on the blade before.

Reminds me of Tahar Raza but I don't believe that's his mark. Could be wrong though.

FWIW, of all of the Pakistani crap that I've seen, I can't recall seeing one with a makers mark.
