I got this knife with a magazine subscription. I am wondering who makes it and what model it is.

Need a Microsoft account to view the pics...try posting them directly.

1. Paid members can upload from their computers, but anyone can open a photo hosting account.
I use www.photobucket.com . Download your pictures and they give you a URL for each picture.
Use the fourth URL, with the tags already in place. Copy & Paste that in your post here.

2. Another way: go to [url]http://www.imgur.com[/url] and upload your image.
After uploading, select the BBCode option - it starts with [IMG]. Copy & Paste to your thread.

I may be way off, but it looks like a Fury knife. No specific model in mind. Just the design reminds me of the Fury brand knives.

It's a no-name Chinese made knife. Low quality and obviously made for promotional purposes.

Looks like a Frost. Basically the companies that make no name low quality chinese knives, all use the same catalog. The chinese companies will show them what they can make and through contract they'll brand the knives accordingly. That's why you'll see Fury, MTech, Frost, Mangum etc. with the exact same or extremely similar knives in their catalog. At least this has been my understanding of it.

That has been my understanding of it, also. It is really not much different from Kershaw building the Acies knives for A.G.Russell or Benchmade building HK and Harley branded knives.

The problem is, though, that these major manufacturers are known, and reliable. Which factory makes the no-name Chinese knives is not known, so you can't rely on their quality, and of course, there is no customer service available.

Too bad, because some of them make reasonably good and inexpensive knives for the starter level.
