Yep, that's the large (3.9") CRKT M21-04, plainedge, with the AutoLAWKS (made in 2006 and after). AUS 8 steel, 6061T6 aluminum handle, 1 420J2 liner.

Its a nice knife for the money, I have the M16 in AUS 8. Certainly not my first choice for filleting fish though.

I might put a CRKT M21 04 on layaway tomorrow. They want $70 at the local S Warehouse. I like the idea of the flipper, the auto LAWK and AUS 8 steel.

They can be had for less on line. In the $70.00 range I suggest that you look at the Benchmade Griptilian and the Spyderco Endura. Just my $.02.

An M21 should not be over $50. At $70 you should be able to get better, such as a ZDP Spyderco.

the m21 is a nice knife but it's also bigger than a lot of people want to carry. also when you pull it out some people might panic. keep your eye on smokey mountain they have good deals on crkt pretty often. price should definitely be less than $50. later,ahgar
