Who makes this Old Wooden Folder? (chicken stamp)

This little guy was picked up for a couple dollars at a swap meet, in fair shape, but I know nothing about it, anyone know where when who made this little folder?

Its got brass bolsters at the front, its a slipjoint, very lean.
Chicken is the only marking on the whole knife.
