This is a picture of a 'Fury' tactical persian style blade.

Since 9 out of 10 of their knives are blatant rip-offs of more popular knives, I thought this one may be as well. Anyone have any idea of what that may be in this case?

do a online search for "Fury Tactical Apex Fixed Blade"

This is a direct copy of the Jordanian Army Combat Blade. I don't know if it is general issue or reserved for specialist units.

What's wrong with it?

It's obviously full tang, with a decent handle material. Sure, the steel is assuredly crap, but how much slicing is anyone really going to do with it?

It's also $25 - the real Jordanian version is selling for $140 AUS, and I have yet to locate one of the 'scorpion knives' version for price comparison (Thanks again CWL for pointing me in the right direction - been reading up on it for the last 30 min).

I had to stop selling fury. I have cracked the blade of one of their fixed blades once. considering your paying about 10 bucks for sheath and looks and 10 bucks is for profit. it only cost them less than 5 to make and ship. They make good cheap folders for people who don't really need much from a knife, but the fixed blades arent worth it unless for display

Thanks for the heads up. Do you run an online vendor or brick and mortar?

Could you describe the way these blades broke in more detail? I would be very interested in seeing a picture of one of these cracked blades.
