Who mods/customizes SAKs?

I'm interested in getting scissors added to an Alox model Vic. Who does these kinds of modifications or customizing jobs these days? Recommendations and contacts would be most appreciated.

I'd be kinda interested in finding that out too. If the perfect SAK doesn't exist why not make it?
