I'm a very new member to this forum, so forgive me if I have posted this in the wrong place. I was reading the thread posted by sakguy, posted here:

If you haven't read it you should!

Anyway, I was so taken back by the generosity of the members here. I have been collecting knives for some time. Once I use one to my satisfaction, and replace it with somthing else, I normally give it to one of my close friends. I have a Buck 110 that has been put to some very good use, but still is in very good shape. I have a new black case ( I wore out the first one ) as well as a brown one. Anyone out there needing a good folder ( Buck 110 is in the top 10 for me ) please let me know and It's yours. Thanksgiving and Christmas is on the way and I can seperate from one of my favorites for someone that needs a good knife. I'm proud to be a very small part of this forum, and knife collectors should stick together. :)

This is very nice of you. I am sure that someone here will take advantage of your offer.

Yes knife collectors should stick together, well said. Welcome to the forums that's a very nice gesture, I am not in need of a knife but someone should be speaking up shortly.

Welcome, that's a very, very generous offer. Nice to have another good person here.

That is a very generous offer, and us knife collectors should stick together. However, most of us have many knives already. Perhaps you could give the knife to a responsible young person, and get them started as a collector?

Just a thought.

That is a very good thought. Anyone out there with a son/daughter, nephew/niece, needing a good knife should take me up. A young person would be the best owner for this one. Thanks survivalist.

Welcome to the Forums and to a great addiction. You will meet a lot of very nice people and a few that aren't so nice but it seems like you will be one of the good ones. Thank you for your gesture.

hi there, if you still have this knife available i would'nt mind taking it off your hands, i promised my 12 year old nephew a knife for christmas, but having just recently being laid off kind of puts a damper on that. this knife would be greatly appreciated and go to a good home. thanks, mike

Mike, IM me your address and I will send it VIA USPS. I hope your Nephew has as much fun with it as I have. :D
