I was trying to decided between a horseman or a mini cqc 15 and ended up ordering the horseman. Then I thought "screw it" and added the mini 15 to my order.

I'm not even looking for a new carry knife but the Emersons sell so quickly that I felt I had to pull the trigger if I wanted these for my collection. But it's still nice having some fondling blades that you know can be pushed into a hard use role if need be.

My plan is to put together a collection of black bladed emerson over the next year or two.
 
Emerson makes nice knives, but none I can carry at work lol I just got my first custom, which is something that I have wanted for years
 
I carry one of my Emerson's everyday and usually pair it with a couple of traditionals. I too have ordered multiples but found I do best with 1 every couple of weeks just to give them the proper pocket time. Good luck
 
I have carried emersons exclusively at work for years now. Great knives, dont be afraid to use them hard! Enjoy your new purchases:cool:
 
Received the Horseman today. Not as gritty out of the box as my 7V was but it's taking longer to break in, lock is pretty sticky. The ergonomics of the handle are absolutely sick though.

The mini 15 will arrive tomorrow. Looking forward to testing that handle out as well. Gonna be tough deciding which one to carry first.
 
Mini 15 arrived today, it is by far one of the smoothest knives out of box that I've ever purchased. It's a little more comfortable to carry than the Horseman.
