Who owns more than one Zippo?

I got the regular model with the brushed chrome finish, lost my first one and got that 'bout a year ago.
I scored a nice used brass Zippo with a flower pattern engraving on ebay. It's just the way I wanted it to be, broke in and looking like it's been through hell and back. Love it.
I plan on purchasing a Black Ice model sometime in the not too distant future.

Your turn, guys.

I have about 6 or 7. My favorites are the same brass model you have, and a brass model with the Jack Daniels No.7 logo engraved in it.

Haven't smoked for over twenty years but still have four Zippos in the junk drawer of my desk. Three of them would probably work if stoked with flint & fuel. ;)

I have 4 but not a smoker so I don't often get to use them.

I find the fluid evaporates really quickly too.

I have six or seven and quit smoking (again :D ) about 9 months ago. Love them all and all but one has seen extensive use and all have great memories attached to them.

Yeah but I made the strange observation that the more you use it, the longer one filling seems to last.

How many of you own more than one?

One what? Gross, dozen,... ;)

I love zippos, have between one and two dozen, along with all the accessories, pouches, belt clips, small refill containers, belt buckles (great way to carry one and easy to get to while hiking).

To answer the unasked question, no, I have never smoked, just love them zippos!!

I got 2. I'm a non-smoker so I don't use 'em much. I do however use the bicycle tube trick to keep them from evaporating.

I have one, which has what looks like a swiss army symbol on it.
Garageboy, does duct tape work as well as a biketube?

I have a few- 6 maybe. One that I actually carry in the fall/winter. Once got a bad fluid burn on my leg at a golf course when the fluid evaporated from the heat/sun. Guess I overfilled it. Don't play golf or carry a Zippo in summer anymore ;) I got 3 free in one weekend from Marlboro :D they were giving away brass ones in the local bars a couple of months ago.

I don't smoke, but I did get a few when I was visiting various ships while I was working for the Navy. (But mostly I bought the ship hats.)

Bad experiences with Zippos.
Too many times when I needed it, it was out of fuel.
Never did learn how to judge that, so I switched to
metal butane liters like Colibri; same problem.
Finally switched to disposables-the kind you could see
through...Never had another problem. Just checked, I
have six Zippos and three metal butane lighters.
For the last several months, I've been carrying four water
proof/strike anywhere kitchen matches in a little flap pocket on my NAA mini .22 pocket holster. I figure four matches should light what needs to be lit.
