I tried using the search function but after numerous attempts I’ve decided that my aging brain must be inputting the wrong information.
If I recall correctly, it was six or eight toggle clamps from Harbor Freight mounted to a cutting board or some sort of solid base. I was going to save the picture so I could refer to it later (to build one similar) but that obviously didn’t happen. I thought it was Navman or Crag the Brewer but I could be wrong on that as well.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks.

Yes, Josh at Mazer Custom Knives.

Go to his website and go to the "On The Bench", section....., he has what you are looking for pictured there.

Scarfoot did one a couple of days ago, not really like you've described, so probably not the one you remember, but a pretty nice system nonetheless, in my opinion.
There was also one in the same thread about a year or so ago, if I remember correctly, that looked a bit more like the one you described.
