Michael Walker invented the liner lock, but who put out the first left handed liner lock? Anyone know for sure?

TIA

Liner locks have been around for a long time, Walker did make a nice improvement with the slanted tang.

I don't know the answer about the left handed liner lock, I find a left handed one easy to use right handed, just reach over and pull instead of pushing. Truth is I prefer lockbacks and find the older pre-Walker liner locks just fine, just my opinion of course.

It may have been Spyderco with the old Terzoula. I don't know enough about them to really say, but I remember seeing one back in 2000 in left hand.

I'm sure Michael Walker made some as well as the right handed ones. My guess would be he made one of the first ones.

As far as I know USAFSP is right. I bought a couple in the mid '80's. Sadly they were ripped off when someone broke into my garage and stole my locked tool chest. :(

I didnt realize they were that old. I figured early 90's. I thought they would be the ones though.

I dont' know but I got some left handed spyderco police back in the early ninetys. When did the first Spyderco Terzuolas come out? From what I just googled the c 15 came out between 1990 -1994.

The Spyderco Police is a lockback.

I have a Phil Boguszewski 4 inch blade Spike that he made me in 1988.

I think he only made 2 of them.
