I understand that Cold Steel has several manufacturers making there knives. Does anybody know who they are?

IIRC, Camillus make the carbon steel models and the SS ones are made in Japan.

A few of the oddball ones are from Taiwan I believe. They include the Tru Flight Throwers among others. Suprisingly, the Black Bear Classic sub hilt fighter is a product of Taiwan as well! Or is it the R1 Military Classic?

From various "family resemblances" between some Cold Steel products and some other companies' products, I'm guessing that Moki makes at least some of them. Moki does good work for various US and European based knife companies, and even makes knives under their own name. Spyderco sells a couple of models, and used to have more in their Ironstone store. LagaNet (Tam Lagan) in Canada is now bringing several slightly upscale Moki models to North America.

Moki would be my guess, too.
I have a Lakota Pro'Hawk folder by Moki. A very high quality piece of work.

I always thought they were made by Oompa Loompas.
